CCS and YOKE hold CSR Executive Education Training Class, strengthening corporate sustainability competence
The Center for Corporate Sustainability (CCS) and YOKE held YOKE CSR Education Training Course at the Taichung HQ of YOKE on Tuesday, January 14 with a total of 20 business executives attending and conveyed concepts and competence of CSR through the course. The Course invited Dr. Yao-Te Chen of Center for Corporate Sustainable Development Research, College of Business, National Taipei University to lecture on “Trends of Corporate Sustainable Development and Reports” and Chairman Chin-Lai Wang of the EY Foundation to lecture on “Best Practices and New Trends of Corporate Governance. Tom Lin, General Manager of YOKE” made the opening remark and he expressed that before a business steps into further and bigger development, it has to do good on corporate governance, environmental protection and social benefits first.
