1071215 Chairman Chien Discusses - Toilet Health and Water Management

Dr. Chien discusses how the cleanliness of the bathroom reflects the civilization of the city.

Since 2013, the United Nations has set the World Toilet Day on November 19th to awaken the public's attention to toilets and public health. In response to World Toilet Day, the "New Generation Toilet Expo" was held in Beijing in November 2018. The world's most active philanthropist, Bill Gates, also attended the event and said that "the importance of the revolution in the toilet is important to himself and Microsoft’s philanthropic mission” because the toilet is closely related to daily life, environment and ecology.

The World Toilet Day set by the United Nations is about basic dignity, women's security and urban progress, and motivates people to take action to guarantee the basic well-being of human health in the world.
