Radio about Global warming
July 2 Dr. Chien’s Eco-report: The impact of climate change on food prices and the global economy
Three problems have arisen from climate change in food, water and energy resources. Of these, two are basic needs for the survival of humans and all living things. The consequences of climate change are worsening around the world. Floods and droughts are affecting a wider range causing food shortages and rising food prices. Furthermore, the development of bioenergy has been created with good intentions, however the competition for food, seems to have produced a new problem. How do we find the balance between environmental protection and economic development, so that the Earth’s fever can end? This is a topic humans inevitably must face.
